Meet Tracy!
Tracy has been in the framing world since she was 14, when she began by cutting glass and gradually worked her way through every part of the craft. She later became a certified framer and now brings years of hands-on knowledge to every customer conversation.
As one of the main points of contact in our office, Tracy helps customers in person and over the phone with questions about the products we carry, new accounts, design choices, and unusual framing situations.
She is caring, resourceful, and always willing to go the extra mile to find an answer. Tracy especially loves the weird and wonderful, enjoys a challenge, and is never afraid to think outside the box.
A mother, wife and business owner herself of a kennel, she never has a dull moment. When the staff was questioned about her, she was mentioned to be a people person, patient and outgoing and someone who would give her all to help another.
