June teaching is less about teaching and more about survival with a planner in your hand and hope in your heart.

At this point, we’re accepting any strategy that gets us through the next class, the next interruption, or the next “just one quick question.” Coffee is a personality trait, the bell is a myth, and every announcement feels personal.

If the lesson didn’t work, we pivot. If the energy is chaos, we match it internally but remain externally calm. And if all else fails… we count down to summer in our heads and call it a win.

We’re not thriving. We’re finishing. 😌
