We're excited to join forces with to help give fabric a second life! Please review the following guidelines to participate in our Fabric Swap:

TL:DR;
Participation is completely FREE!
⏰ Drop off June 18 - July 2, 2026
📍 Drop-Off Location: Reimagined Fabrics, 9629 66 Ave NW, Edmonton
Limit of 15 items per person (subject to the discretion of Reimagined Fabrics).

🚨 If you have only 1–4 smaller pieces of fabric, please bring them directly to the swap on July 4 to trade with other participants. Larger quantities must be dropped off between June 18 and July 2.

What is accepted?
• All types of fabric, including upholstery fabric, vinyl, leather, and foam
• Clean, dry, and reasonably usable materials

What is NOT accepted?
• Unfinished projects
• Notions such as buttons, zippers, thread, trim, patterns, etc.
• Fabric with mold, mildew, pet waste, strong odors, excessive damage, or heavy staining

Event Day:
⏰ July 4, 2026 (11-4pm)
📍 Bonnie Doon Community Hall, 9240 93 St NW, Edmonton

Please be considerate and take only what you can reasonably use so everyone has a chance to find materials they'll love.

🚨 Other things to know:

Fabric dropped off becomes part of the community swap and will not be returned unless a specific arrangement is made at drop-off for a clearly identifiable item.

Reimagined Fabrics reserves the right to sort, organize, or remove unsuitable materials. Any fabric remaining after the swap will become the property of Reimagined Fabrics and may be used, sold, donated, or otherwise redistributed to help it find a new home.

By participating, you acknowledge that organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

Let's keep quality materials out of the landfill and into the hands of makers, sewists, quilters, and creatives!

THE SCAMMERS ARE OUT! Do not be fooled! A few people have emailed stating that there is someone pretending to by my business. There are only two emails I work from, and at this time I have NO assistants. Just me. And Bree on FB and Insta (I'm running the TikTok). The applications can ONLY be found on the website geekyevents.ca and at no time do I ask for DM's to personal accounts or any other account besides this one main one.
The scammers need to stop trying to hurt small businesses. It is disgusting.

Are you a talented person, or know someone who is?

We need YOU to apply to be an entertainer at our first annual Northern Enchanted Faire. Be a part of history by sharing your talents at this event. If your talent is medieval adjacent, or can be themed that way, we want you to submit your performance on our website!!

Some examples include (deep inhale); blacksmithing, story telling, horse riding, fire performers, bubble fairies, acrobatics, magic, dance, music, dnd host, stunts, bards, candle making, game runner, animal talent, craft guide, jester, comedian, mini catapult, maypole, co****le, karaoke host, plays, and/or choregraphed routine.
