I had a pretty great bake day this past week. My favorite thing to bake were the batards. The Matilda chocolate cake was phenomenal. And my biggest surprise was the pumpkin spice snickerdoodle

I can’t believe we’re past the 6 month mark with this little idea. Thanks for supporting me along the way and for those of you who made it to our driveway pop up party- thank you! I didn’t think anyone would come out but over 60 of you did! Here’s to making it a year! 🎊❤️

To give myself the space to catch my breath, do some admin work, recipe test, and get everything ready for our 6 month celebration and official launch, there will be no regular order pickups this coming week (Tuesday & Friday). Regular drops will resume with a menu drop Friday September 25th 9am.See you soon!

There’s a brief, magical pocket between late summer and true Canadian autumn when the mornings are a little misty and the afternoon sun still warms the pavement. This week’s collection draws from that transition- juicy, spiced orchard pears folded with warming crystallized ginger, countered by rich ribbons of toffee and bittersweet chocolate. It’s an ode to the comforting, fragrant rituals that welcome the cool air in. Enjoy your weekend!
