The hood was definitely one of the most complex patterns I've tackled to date and it's given me a new level of confidence in my knitting skills.

I've got a couple other challenging projects planned for this winter that I can't wait to share with you! 2026 is all about tackling things I didn't think I could! Hello January motivation!

2025 has come to its end. The last fews days, I've felt inspired by the fibre community and the and views I've captured in 2025.

Now that the presents are ripped open, the stockings have been used and the festive season is slowing down, I can share the details of this special project.

Using the I designed this blanket for my incredible Grandpa. He has always held a special spot in my heart and we share so many beautiful memories. I used those memories as motivation to create this special piece. Containing roughly 40,000 stitches it was a labour of love.
