At Maple Street Models, we're always looking for new ideas that can help bring your layouts to life.

If you could choose ONE HO scale 3D printed item that would give you the most versatility on your layout, what would it be?

New item now available from Maple Street Models!

Our HO scale Power Meters are now finished, in stock, and ready to be shipped.

A big thank you to everyone who provided feedback while this item was being developed. Your comments, suggestions, and encouragement really helped shape the final version, and I truly appreciate the support.

These small details are perfect for adding realistic utility detail to storefronts, houses, alleyways, industrial buildings, workshops, and any HO scale scene that needs that extra touch of realism.

Each set includes 5 power meter pieces. Each piece gives you options: there are two meter styles to choose from, and two pipe versions — one running to the left and one running to the right — so you can pick the version that best fits your building or scene.

They come in gray, so you don’t even need to paint them. Just add a little weathering if you want to bring out the details even more.

Shipping is only $3 to Canada and the U.S., and if you buy 2 sets, shipping is free!

I’ve been working on another small detail piece for an upcoming release — a power meter box.

It’s still in the prototyping stage, but I’m really happy with how it’s starting to come together. These little details may be small, but they can add a lot of character and realism to a building, especially when placed on the side or back wall where you’d naturally expect to see utility equipment.

I’m tweaking the design now to make sure it looks good in HO scale, is easy to use, and has enough detail without becoming too fragile.

What do you think? Is this the kind of small detail part you’d like to see included with future Maple Street Models kits?
