Carmen Cucumbers

Carmen is an all-female, parthenocarpic variety, that produces good yields of seedless fruit with a spineless, tender skin and a sweet, juicy, crunchy flesh. What's more, the plants are highly resistant to powdery mildew.

Carmen is a new to us variety, that was recommended by a customer who requested we start some for her.

The Delphinium Delgenius series is a breakthrough, compact line of perennial larkspur bred in the Netherlands. Unlike traditional towering delphiniums that require staking, these plants grow a stocky, vigorous, and multi-branching mounded habit. They are highly disease-resistant, reliably rebloom throughout the summer, and thrive in zone 3.

Another of the elusive yellow peonies, Bartzella is a spectacular addition to any collector’s garden. Lightly scented, large 20-25cm (8-10″), double, bright yellow blooms in mid-to-late spring, held just above a very uniform mound of dark green, deeply dissected foliage. Maintains form even when wet. Tolerates drought once established in a moist, well-drained soil. 36-40″ tall by wide.

Peonies are virtually pest free. Very useful and adaptable in the garden. Perfect to use a specimen plant, borders, city gardens , or cottage gardens. Low maintenance
