For the past six months, I’ve immersed myself in the fascinating world of crystalline glazes- researching, testing, experimenting, and learning with each mistake. There have been exciting successes and unexpected failures. It seems we learned the most through our failures. Each piece has taught me something new about patient and persistence. Today I’m excited to begin sharing some of my favourite creations from this journey. These pieces represent countless hours of experimentation refinement and discovery. I feel like a kid in a candy store each time I lift the lid on my kiln. Each piece is a one of a kind unique creation. I hope you enjoy.
