This Monday, Max would like to tell you about our summertime collab with a few other awesome bookshops. Along with Polar Peek Books and Treasures, Four Points Books, , and , we Huckleberries are encouraging folks to visit some of the great booksellers in our region. Pick up a passport at any one of these shops, get a stamp, and enter to win prizes!

June 21st is National Indigenous Peoples Day, a day to recognize and celebrate the traditions, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis. Many, many thanks to Cranbrook Pride for including Huckleberry Books in yesterday's Pride festivities. We were honoured and delighted to host Ella Minnow Pea and Sommer Solstice for two magical story times. And thanks to the folks who filled up the room with love and laughs. We can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday!

(We also appreciate that any mention of glitter was strictly metaphorical - inside the store at least!)
