As always, I’m looking forward to the Ultimate Toy Fair this weekend at Pearkes Arena in Victoria, hosted by our friends at Cherry Bomb Toys.

I have an interesting and curated selection of awesomeness with me this weekend, including some extremely vintage toys, original comic art, and an array of comic related goodness. A bit less than you’re used to, but a great selection nonetheless.

This may be our last show of the year - anything is possible, and we could turn up anytime, but our fall looks busy with non-work related stuff (we are retired, after all), so drop by and say hi!

A huge thanks to our pals at Curious Comics and all those affiliated with the Curious Comicon. Another banger of a show was put on yesterday, and I would swear more people came through than I’ve ever seen before.

A lot of hard work goes into this show, and I’m honoured that the group allows me to show up every year and peddle my wares (what little I have left). I will continue to support this show until the day I die.

Such a wonderful way to keep the memory of our dear friend Mike Drummond alive - he would be so proud to see how this show has continued on.

As always, I’m excited for the annual Curious Comicon, hosted by our friends from Curious Comics.

Held tomorrow - it’s also FCBD - Saturday May 2 from 10-5 at the Countey Club Mall in Nanaimo. Our two tables are in front of Curious Comics - my fabulous nephew North will be joining me selling Pokemon, and I’ll have a few surprises myself on top of the usual killer deals.

Come on out - I’m always buying too!!!
