Get your calendars out and mark yourself unavailable for the rest of the world: SATURDAY, JUNE 13th, 2026!

We are not only celebrating 20 years of Trail Bicycles with a crazy Aussie at the shift levers - we are also celebrating YOU, our friends and customers! Some of you have been with us from day one, many others joined along the route. But together we sure are enjoying the ride. This get-together is to say THANK-YOU!

The party starts at 4.30pm on Saturday, June 13th, so you have all morning to giddy up! Like back in the olden days (who remembers the Christmas parties at Lake Trail??!) we'll take care of beverages, pizza, snacks and other tasty treats and if you want to bring your favourite dish to share with others that would be fabulous.

We'll have draw prizes for those who attend - and special edition anniversary swag. We are also using the occasion to give back to our community and will be collecting donations for the John Howard Society (cash) and the Comox Valley Foodbank (non-perishable items or cash).

You don't wanna miss this party! We promise!

It only took some ice cream 😎 for Rob (most of you meet him when bringing in a bike for service - or picking one up) to shake BC Bike Race off his legs - top 10 overall in his category! 🎉 (We had to brag..)

Mt. Tzouhalem Island Cup - Vancouver Island Mountain Bike Race Series Enduro (April 19, 2026) Race Report. Rafferty from the Trail Bicycles Racing Team takes us through the stages, U19 had three, "The first stage was very pedally. It had sharp and flat corners at the top of the first part of the trail but I could pick up the pace part way through as it got a bit steeper. On the second stage I didn't do as well, I found out during the race that I pre-rode half of this stage's trails wrong and therefore, lost a lot of time as I didn't expect the tight flat corners at the top and the punchy climb mid-stage. On the fourth stage it was a long flowy jumpy bermy trail called Double D. About three quarters of the way through, there was a climb where I lost a second or two due to not enough fitness but it was still fun. The dirt was all time. There was lots of traction and you could still carry speed on it.

I felt the best about the first stage probably because I had the most fun and felt the fastest on it. My second favourite stage was stage 4 aka Double D. I felt decent on it. I could have pushed a little more on the climb but it was still pretty good.

My bike's bottom bracket had some dust in it and was making some questionable noises on the uphill and felt like it was under a lot of strain, but I have fixed it now. I like enduro racing and riding the most because I can get a workout on the uphill and then have the reward of the fun on the downhill.

My Trail Bicycles teammates did really well too. Everyone was out charging repping our team. Max was on the gas with the win in Junior Expert. Annabelle was on the podium in Open Women. Piper did her first enduro. We all had a great time."

We told you they were here, and here’s the proof. The new Pivot Shuttle AMP’d in stunning gloss black in both medium and large are built and ready to go home with you. We know they always say that black is slimming but Pivot has done a phenomenal job of hiding an 800wH battery in this tiny downtube. Come by and check them out before they’re gone.

Is it time for new kicks? - fresh rubber? New load of Five Ten riding shoes just arrived at the shop! -- Did you know that the rubber used on Five Ten shoes was originally developed for rock climbing? It's like spiderman superpowers - on flat pedals! The "dotty tread" rubber dots interlock with the pins on flat mountain bike pedals, keeping your feet in place. 😮
