This week our CSA features a new lettuce variety, officially named 'Flashy Trout Back' and we think you can see why.

A variation of romaine lettuce that we hope you enjoy with your basil and kale this week.

We are adding room for another 25 people in our weekly bag o' greens.

It's a nice big bag of fresh kale / lettuces / herbs that we harvest in our indoor farm every Wednesday.

Let's pay it forward, Cornwall.

We have an extra 20 bags of our lettuce, kale and baby lettuce mix from this week's CSA so we're going to do a drop-off run around town.

If you know someone in self-isolation that could use a bag of fresh greens, send us a direct message here, and we'll drop it off at their front door with your name on it. No questions asked, no charge.

The greens are ready!

Come on by and park your car and someone will come out and hand it to you by the window. There are two spots designated, if they are full, please just wait and pull into a spot when they leave. We're here till 5pm today.

Hi everyone,
As the majority of our indoor farm was dedicated to training people & plant research, (...and since we can no longer host trainees), we have decided to convert our farm entirely over to food production.

Currently we have 50 people on our weekly CSA (A weekly bag of kale, lettuce and greens) and we are going to be tripling our output capacity over the next 4 to 6 weeks.

If you are interested in receiving fresh greens every week, grown right here in Cornwall in a safe, controlled environment, then please sign up at the link below.

We have room for 50 more people immediately and another 100 people next month.

The cost is $10 per week.

Attention CSA Members ...
We have decided to implement some new rules for our weekly CSA in order to assure everyone’s safety during this time of social distancing.

As a result, we will be doing curb-side pickup at our location only.

As our drop-off points are all temporarily closed, please come to the Smart Greens location (425 Fourth Street West, Unit C) and park your car in one of the two designated parking spots. Someone will bring the bag to your window (with gloves on).

*New CSA Pickup Rules*:
- Pick-up at Smart Greens offices (In one of the two designated parking spaces and stay in your car)
- Do not come to the door, someone will come out.
- We will bring your greens to your car window
- Wednesday NOON till 5pm
- Thursday 9am to 5pm

This week our Weekly CSA features Mizula and Swiss Chard (and our Kale base of course). Our farmers are busy growing some new products, which are coming down the pipeline, including a few varieties of lettuces and mixed greens. We'll keep you posted!

Our CSA is back after a little holiday break and this week we have some spicy arugula in the bags!

Drop-offs will be delivered by noon at Simply Jennifer, Stomping Grounds and the Smart Greens offices. Come on by.

New Year: New habits!

We are expanding our 'weekly bag of greens program' we call a CSA, and we have room for 25 new sign-ups in January.

Simply fill out the form and we will start delivering greens next week.

It's $10 a week for a large bag of fresh goodness.
