fun fact about me: pilates is my absolute favourite activity and reminds me every week that I need to take care of my mind and body - let this be your reminder too. ✨

come to the studio THIS Saturday to see new wellness themed tumblers as well as more beautiful items from local vendors. items will be on display at the studio if you attend classes here as well.
