Although studies on the medical benefits of cannabis are slow to emerge, with the progress of ma*****na legalization, more empirical evidence is being shared with the general public. How about a refreshing mojito sorbet to brighten your day?

You’ll need:

• 3 cups filtered water
• 1 cup club soda
• 5 oz mint syrup
• 1 oz fresh mint
• 2 cucumbers
• 9 limes
• 8-10 cups cane sugar

It is no secret that veterans are turning to cannabis in order to cope with problems that arose during their military service.

There are many reasons for this.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most cited causes among cannabis users who served. PTSD, in this case, is when a veteran experiences anxiety, stress, paranoia, depression, and other symptoms due to injuries sustained during combat.
