To our amazing customers,
We want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your patience, understanding, kind words, and support over the past few weeks.
As many of you know, our family experienced a devastating loss when our son-in-law, Ryan, was taken from us in a tragic car accident. Navigating this loss has been incredibly difficult, and the compassion shown by our customers, friends, and community has meant more to us than we can ever express.
Whether you waited a little longer for an order, sent a message of support, or simply offered understanding while we focused on our family, please know that every gesture has been appreciated.
We are continuing to work through orders, respond to messages, and move forward one day at a time. If you have contacted us about an order and haven't received a reply, please don't hesitate to send us another text or message. Between family matters and an overwhelming number of emails, texts, calls, and messages, it's possible that we unintentionally missed some communications. We certainly don't want anyone to feel ignored.
We are still here, still creating, and still accepting orders, and we're grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this wonderful community.
