Internal energetics are extremely important. They allow us to influence our outer reality. If you do not take action on the inside than this can be a huge indication as to why your external energetics aren't working in your favor.

For example poor emotional alignment can lead to problem in relationships such as trust issues, feelings of isolation, etc.
