Hey my PEI pals . . ."all you need is your toothbrush" is the line I 'use' when advertising the large bright fully furnished room [including linens] I rent with a shared kitchenette and dishes and pots n pans and fridge toaster etc. And being SO CLOSE to Holland College it makes perfect sense to rent to a student. BUT . .I so don't want to be 'in loco parentis" . .I so want a 'GROWNUP" . .a woman with a life who is considerate and even cheery . . the other room houses another senior who shares the kitchenette and bathroom . . .so before I bite the bullet and put an ad on KIJIJI . .if you happen to know a woman looking for a very handy spot . .winter parking, wifi, etc. included . .maybe someone who doesn't want to deal with winter in the country . .a person with their own toothbrush...have them DM me and we can see if something great is possible
