Store credit will be offered on used books based on the following criteria:
- must be in good used condition. No rips, missing pages, water damage, etc.
- fiction must have an original price of over $8.25, harlequins $6.25. Exceptions will be made at our discretion.
- hardcovers must have the dust jacket.
- no magazines.
- no Reader’s Digest Condensed boo

ks.
- no Encyclopedias or textbooks.
- no library discards. What you receive for store credit will be half of our selling price. Prices for books will be ½ the original Canadian cover price, OR LESS
Look for prices in the top corner of the first page of the book if no cover price is found. Store credit can be used on any books in the store unless “Cash Only” is stated on the price sticker. Store credit can not be used on any sales/discounted prices.

We have a big weekend coming up!

Saturday our store is celebrating 9 years open!!

This weekend is also the Castor & District Fair from Thursday - Sunday!

So, to celebrate both events, we are open extended hours Thursday - Saturday!

Thursday & Friday we are staying open until 6pm. Saturday we are opening early AND staying later, so come see us from 10am-5pm!

Thursday is Free Book Day, and there will be in-store specials Friday & Saturday.

Join us on Mondays for a craft session/lesson.

August 10 at 1 PM & 7 PM: pen, bookmark, or keychain (supplies for ONE included, can add on extras & upgrades at the class)

August 17 at 1 PM & 7 PM: paper flowers (supplies included)

August 24 at 1 PM & 7 PM: tea weights ((supplies for TWO included, can add on extras at the class)

Cost $15/person
Registration and pre-payment required.
Must have a minimum of 4 people per class for the class to run.
