Fun fact: prior to opening Coastal I used to make greeting cards. I would sell them at markets/ craft shows and that’s where I fostered a love for making & selling. Fast forward 4 years, I still make and sell these cards at Coastal. If you need a greeting card (a really cute one) we’ve got you covered!

Over the past few years, I’ve taken a day or two off here and there, but those days were usually spent catching up on laundry, appointments, errands, and trying to squeeze in a little self care before jumping right back into work.

Last year, after burning out and getting sick more times than I can count, I learned: a couple of days off isn’t always enough. Sometimes we need real rest. The kind that lets your creativity come back.
