Well… I’ve been a tad MIA on this account.

That is because I honestly just have had 0 motivation to do any crocheting the last few months. Also, because I have been busy planning my very own craft show!

May 3rd 2026 the very first Neighbours in Bloom craft show will take place in Franktown, ON from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

There will be some amazing vendors, chances to win prizes at the door - and maybe some fun activities for the kids!

I got a custom order for these adorable Princess Elsa hats! The process was one of lots of trial and error, frustration, pulling apart and re-doing!

However, in the end we got there - and they are ADORABLE 🥰

Even though the process was a hard one, I am so happy with the way they turned out and hope the 2 recipients are happy with them! ❄️

It is always an honour to be asked to give something new a try.

This week, I was asked to embroider some names onto stockings and I LOVED it! It was a bit of trial and error (I ended up completing one then realizing it was upside down) however, once I got the hang of it, it was easy-breezy!

Thank you Katie for asking me to do this for your kiddos! I hope they love and cherish them for years to come! 🎄❤️

As we spend time today, remembering all those who fought for our freedom and our country. Wearing poppies, and attending Rememberance Day ceremonies.

Keep those in mind, who have family members actively serving or served themselves.

I would like to extend a Thank you to my grandfather, who served in the Royal Canadian Air Force for many years. To be able to ask him questions, hear his stories, and even see his log books from his time serving is something I won’t ever take for granted.

So to all of those out there who have served, are actively serving, or have family members who served or are serving - thank you, I will remember them on this day.
