Chilliwack, you really showed up for our Open House yesterday! Whether you’ve been a part of the Excuse Me Hearing family for years or you walked through our doors for the very first time, seeing your faces meant the world to us. 🧡

Hearing health can sometimes feel like a heavy topic, but yesterday was all about connection. We shared incredible food, plenty of drinks, and even better stories. It reminded us exactly why we do what we do: to keep our community connected to the sounds—and the people—they love most.

As one of our amazing community members said yesterday, "I'm always taken care of here." (And we promise to always keep it that way!)

Summer in Chilliwack is beautiful, but between yard work, community block parties, and cooling off in the water, our ears take a lot of extra heat! ☀️🏖️

Here is a quick reminder to keep your hearing in tip-top shape all season long:

1️⃣ Block the Noise: Keep a pair of earplugs handy for lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and loud outdoor concerts. Permanent damage can happen faster than you think!
2️⃣ Dry Them Out: Trapped moisture from swimming can lead to painful Swimmer’s Ear. Always gently dry your ears with a towel after taking a dip.
3️⃣ Don’t Bake Your Tech: Modern rechargeable hearing aids are mini computers. Never leave them in a hot car or direct sunlight, or you risk frying the battery!

Our Open House was all about celebrating something we truly believe: good hearing is better shared. Hearing isn’t just about sounds—it’s about conversations, laughter, connections, and the moments that bring us together.

We are so grateful to everyone who stopped by, shared their stories, asked questions, and spent time with our team. One of the things we hear most often is that our clinic feels “just like family,” and that means the world to us. We strive to provide personalized care, genuine support, and a welcoming environment where every person feels comfortable, understood, and at home.

Thank you for making the day so special. We loved meeting with our community and showing what hearing care can look like when it’s built on relationships, trust, and compassion.
