From empty… to full 🍫

This is where a lot of the magic happens at our Elgin St. factory.

Once the chocolate starts flowing, the enrobing line gets to work coating many of the handmade chocolates and treats you’ll find in our stores. From creamy centres to crunchy favourites, so much of what we make passes through here.

Did you know our Elgin St. location has a glass wall inside the storefront where you can see into the kitchen? Pop in and you might just catch a glimpse of them making caramels, cream centres, marshmallow, and so much more!
