We will be dialing in the new beans in our coffee roaster this week and will send another post next week when it's up on our website.

NEW COFFEE UPDATE... This week, Misakafe coffee beans are being dried, sorted for quality, and the hulls are being removed to prepare for shipment from Colombia to Canada! We are so excited that our Miskafe is almost here!

We've been collaborating with a pastor in Colombia to source a batch of coffee to roast for you this fall!

The name Misakafé combines 'Misak', the indigenous people of the Cauca region, with 'cafe', meaning coffee in Spanish.
