Welcome Back Roberto Duque, an incredibly talented Calgary-based artist and the mastermind behind Rad Pencils. Blending artistic passion with everyday utility, Roberto’s work transforms the humble writing instrument into something truly inspiring. Beyond his custom art services and collectibles, his impressive portfolio spans the comic book industry. He’s the co-creator of indie titles like Septembryo and Preggers, and the creator of the webcomic Escaping Falconridge. Get ready for some weirdly cute creatures and vibrant pop-culture creations, because Calgary’s own Luba of Art of Luba is bringing her incredible artwork to YYC FanFair again this year! An ACAD alum and the creative force behind the lunarjellies handle, Luba masterfully blends traditional paints and digital mediums to bring everything from quirky monsters and "jellybuns" to stunning fantasy fan art to life. Not only is she a prolific illustrator, but she also runs her own custom framing and fine art printing studio right here in the city, making her a massive supporter of our local creative community.
