Due to recent severe weather in Michigan, our main distributor in the USA has shut down their warehouse due to an electrical surge that has impacted warehouse operations.
At this time, they have paused shipping out orders and have put a temporary pause on order placement. This means we can expect delays on receiving product, including restock and special request items.
They are currently working to fix the damage and resume warehouse operations as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding!

We are very happy to let you all know that our phone lines and internet are back!

UPDATE:

Unfortunately, our phone lines and internet are still down. Our apologies if you have been trying to get a hold of us!
Julia and Breanna have been running our till and back computer with their mobile hotspts so we are still able to accept payments at our till and print/fill online orders.
It does not look like the outage is going to be resolved today but hopefully our phone and internet will be up and running by Tuesday!

We are UNINTENTIONALLY somewhat off the grid!
We were notified this morning that there is a Telus outage in our area which means we have NO INTERNET and NO PHONE LINE! We are not ignoring your calls...we promise!
We do not have an ETA as to when we can expect to have these services back. Unfortunately, this means we have to cancel Saturday Morning Live 😭
Our store is open! We just can't answer the phone and emails are questionable at this time.
