✨️Spot the Difference✨️

**Natural Process (Top):** In this method, the whole coffee cherry is dried. This coffee tends to taste fruitier and have a heavier body because the drying bean absorbs some of the sugars from the surrounding fruit.

**Washed Process (Bottom):** In the washed process, the organic matter is removed from the bean within days of the coffee cherry being harvested. The beans are then washed to eliminate any remaining sticky mucilage before being dried. Washed coffees have a cleaner mouthfeel, with brighter flavors, higher acidity, and a more pronounced "coffee" taste
