What size tent do you need? Here's our quick guide 👇

🌿 20 × 20 ft seats 30–40 (50–60 standing)
🌿 20 × 30 ft seats 50–60 (75–90 standing)
🌿 20 × 40 ft seats 70–80 (100–120 standing)

The sketches are all drawn to the same scale. Planning a dance floor, buffet or bar? Leave a little extra room. Bigger group? Marquees join together for larger setups, so send us your guest count and we'll suggest a size.

"Many of our guests complimented and were under the impression we had the event catered." 💛

Monika and Ben rented high-top tables and food warmers for their stag and doe. The high tops got everyone mingling, and the warmers made their homemade food look so polished that guests thought it was catered. Thank you so much for sharing this, Monika!

"Will a tent fit in my yard?" is one of the questions we hear most. Here's today's setup in the Caledonia area: a 20×20 high-peak frame tent on the lawn with the sidewalls tied back, plus a couple of cocktail tables.

A 20×20 seats 30–40 guests, or 50–60 standing. All it needs is a flat, well-drained spot. We stake it on grass and handle the install and teardown.

Looking back on one of our favourite setups from this summer 🌿

On a sunny June day, Mervin and the crew raised this peak tent for a summer celebration: window walls, string lights and a dance floor, set up on the lawn and ready for the party.

Happy Thanksgiving, neighbours! 🍂

As the 2026 season winds down, we've been looking back at a few of our favourite setups from this year and thinking about all the people who gathered under them.

Here are five we're still smiling about: string lights glowing over a farm field, window walls behind the lavender, sidewalls up under a big blue sky, a peak tent tucked into a garden, and rows of white chairs and tables waiting for the people who matter most.

Every one of those tents was a chance to help a family bring everyone together, and we don't take that lightly. Thank you for trusting your local Caledonia crew with your celebrations this year. From Mervin and all of us at Fable Events, we're so grateful to be part of this community.
