Someone just told me they can never picture me camping, and thats exactly how I want to be remembered.

Because absolutely NOT. My idea of "roughing" it out is 4-star hotel at best.

That being said, think twice before extending that camping invite to me😉.

The final whistle has blown on the World Cup, but the memories and lessons from serving as a volunteer ambassador for British Columbia will stay with me.

As both a football fan and a community builder, this has been one of my most rewarding volunteer experiences. What stood out most wasn't just the matches, it was the people. I met volunteers from across the province, including some who travelled for hours from Vancouver Island, all united by one purpose: to welcome the world with genuine hospitality.

It was an honour to be part of the team working behind the scenes to help make this event a success.

Vancouver showed up and showed off!!!

Finally, VIVA ESPANA.. The deserving World Champions. 🏆

It was a privilege to attend The Art of Leadership for Women Conference Vancouver, today, for the second year in a row.

Among the many powerful insights shared by the incredible speakers, one lesson stayed with me: "ATTUNEMENT". This is our ability to perceive, interpret, and respond to the emotional, social, and functional needs of others.

Whether in leadership, career growth, or everyday relationships, strengthening the skills of flexibility, reading cues, self-regulation, and collaboration can help us lead with greater empathy and compassion.

A special highlight of the day was meeting and chatting with, Hon. Marci Ien, P.C. Canada’s former Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth.💛

A truly inspiring day, and time well spent.
