This month, we’re happy to shine our August staff spotlight on Christina.
Christina is an important part of our Accounts Receivable team, helping manage day-to-day transactions, customer payments, invoicing questions, account inquiries, and customer profile records. Her work often happens behind the scenes, but it plays a big role in keeping things running smoothly for both our customers and our team.
What makes Christina so appreciated is not just what she does, but how she does it. She is kind, helpful, patient, and always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. Whether she is answering a customer question, helping resolve a payment concern, or stepping in to support the team, Christina brings care and professionalism to every situation.
She has a way of making customers feel heard and cared for, even in moments that may require a little extra patience. Her knowledge of flowers and the floral industry adds even more value to the support she provides each day.
Christina is a wonderful asset to United Floral, and we are grateful for her dedication, her helpful spirit, and the calm, friendly presence she brings to the team.
And of course, we have to mention her beautiful handwriting. It’s one of those small details that feels so perfectly Christina.
