Magic the Gathering: The Hobbit is now available to purchase in-store at Torchlight Games & Hobbies.

The road from the Shire stretches ever onward, and everything revealed so far suggests that The Hobbit may become one of the best-received Universes Beyond sets in Magic’s history.

Bilbo has packed his handkerchiefs, Gandalf is wandering once more, the goblins are stirring beneath the mountains, and Smaug waits upon his hoard. From quiet Hobbit-holes and merry gatherings to ancient ruins, clever schemes, and fire beneath the Lonely Mountain, this set appears to capture everything that makes Tolkien’s adventure so beloved.

CALLING ALL KONFLIKT ’47 PLAYERS!

The battle lines have been drawn! On Sunday, August 16, Konflikt ’47 returns to Torchlight Games & Hobbies for a full day of tabletop warfare.

FALL GRÜN is a one-day tournament featuring three 2-hour-and-15-minute games fought across full 6×4′ battlefields. Victory alone will not determine the champion: Battle, Appearance, Sportsmanship, and Theme all contribute to your final score.

Awards will be presented for Best Overall, Best Appearance, Best Allies, and Best Axis.

Check-in begins at 8:15am, with the first game starting at 9:00am. Lunch is scheduled between Games 1 and 2, with scoring and awards concluding the day at approximately 5:15pm.

Whether you command the forces of the Allies or the Axis, answer the call, prepare your army, and join us for FALL GRÜN 2026!
