Before my mother in law passed away, she gave me some of the sweetest pieces of chicken themed fabric and I always wanted to try making something with them, but haven't a clue how to sew. I recently learned of a Japanese craft called that tucks fabric down in between cuts in foam and sticks with double sided tape. Of course I tried several times (the first attempt was the sun and the second was the tree) but I really love my third try with the chicken fabric. I think ill stick to straight lines and simple patterns 😅 What do you think? Which one is your favorite?

Dakohta MacEachern and her horse Nayla are at the Halifax County Exhibition this week! One of the requirements is to decorate your horse's stall and I'm so honored that she decided on a Porch Chicken theme!!! Hopefully she will get extra points for originality! 😆🐴🐔
