It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that the store will be closing later this fall. Trying to sell the business over the last several months, I was hopeful that we would be able to find someone willing to carry on the quilt shop, but it was not meant to be.
The past 8½ years have truly been an incredible adventure. Every day was filled with creativity, laughter, learning, and so many wonderful friendships. I have had the privilege of working alongside an amazing team and getting to know the most supportive, kind, and talented customers. I also want to say a special thank-you to all the wonderful customers that shared their knowledge and time to offer classes to our customers over the years as well. I am grateful to all of you for your generosity.
Although this chapter is coming to an end, my heart is full of appreciation for every person who has walked through our doors and been part of our quilting community. Thank you for making this journey so special.
I do not yet know what my future looks like after owning a quilt shop. I have always enjoyed changes in my career path, so I look forward to what’s coming next. As many of you know, caring for our daughter comes with some unique scheduling needs, so I’ll be looking for a new opportunity that offers the flexibility to better support her.
In light of this decision, we will initiate a storewide sale starting this week with more deals and updates to be announced in the coming weeks ahead. Please visit soon for the best selection as quantities are limited!!
We will continue to offer machine services and longarm quilting services, as needed until the store closes.
