I will be cuddled up with my guinea pigs for a few days then we will be on the Road Again!!

Saturday September 13 we will be at Shirefest from 10-4. This is at the Myrtleville House Museum, 34 Myrtleville Drive, Brantford. All welcome!!
Friday September 19 we are at CAMH Pow Wow, TD Commons, 1005 Queen Street W, Toronto from noon to 4pm. Again, open to the public. I am so excited to be invited back for our second year in a row.
Saturday September 20 we are at Guelph Lake for the MNO SouthWest Region Rendezvous as a vendor. This event is from10am to 4 pm. You do have to pay admission to the Guelph Lake Conservation Area to come shop at the Métis Vendor Market.
Friday September 26 - I have applied for the HRIC (Hamilton Region Indian Centre) Truth and Reconciliation Gathering at Gage Park.
Saturday and Sunday September 27 & 28 - Eagle Spirit of the Great Waters annual Healing Gathering, Small Arms Inspection Building, 1352 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga (at the foot of Dixie Road). Everyone is invited to join us for a day of healing with drums, dancing, Indigenous artists/vendors and food.
Sunday September 28 - We will NOT be at Brant Pride, Lions Park, Paris, ON. But if you get the chance, please stop by Lions Park and visit the amazing vendors and take in the Celebration of Pride.
Tuesday September 30 - Fanshaw Indigenous Marketplace, Forwell Hall, Fanshaw College, London 10am to 3pm

Wow!! Three markets in 5 days in this heat has me worn out!! Now to rest, recover and be back Thursday August 21 at the Waterloo Night Market from 7-10pm. This is in the parking lot of the Waterloo Library main branch.

My goodness!
So busy and hot today at Halton PRISM Pride I didn’t even take a booth pic 🥵
Awesome event and even awesomer people 💙❤️💜🩷
So many challenges for Bruce and I but so many people offered a helping hand, we couldn’t give up.
Even my new branded canopy decided to give us grief and two of the legs wouldn’t click into place. Bruce can take the legs apart and fix them but not in the blazing 🥵 sun under pressure of getting the booth set up. So…. We left the branded canopy up without raising it so I had some shade and could continue with setting up the jewelry while Bruce headed to WalMart to buy us another canopy.
When he got back with the new canopy, half a dozen people from the booths around us jumped in and got the branded canopy out away and new canopy up in minutes.
The booth on one side of us even came back after they were packed and loaded to help us finish taking down the canopy and loading the van. How incredibly kind is that!?!?
Just full of gratitude and sending my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped us get thru the day.
