Did you know that one in seven Canadian adults has insomnia? If you find yourself tossing and turning or not getting enough shut-eye, you are not alone.

If improving your sleep is a top priority for you, these tips may help you catch more Zzz's and count less sheep!

1) Try some nighttime Namaste or stretching: this will help you relax and fall asleep faster

2) Turn off all devices: make sure you power down all devices at least one hour before bed, as the blue light from your screens simulate sunlight and only delays the onset of sleep
