"What's on my mind today?" I'm not sure, what I am sure of is my sister Debbie's husband ( P.E.I.) is battling skin cancer caused by the anti-rejection meds he takes for his kidney translet.

He has been battling for several years, surgery after surgery. He now has a mass behind his eye that is inoperable, he has to travel out of province to have some tests in Halifax. He is unable to work due to pain, and my sister just got laid off as well.

Thank you so much for your support over the past 6 years.
It is with a heavy heart I want to inform you that Imperial Variety will be closing its doors in the coming weeks. We feel we have hung on as long as we can, hoping that business would pick up. Myself and Darrin have enjoyed the last 6 years as business owners, but with the rising costs of hydro, fuel, and wages, to name a few, we feel it is in our best interest to say our good- byes.
We will remain open for a period of time to sell off our stock and equipment.
Thank you again for your support!! Onto another chapter!!!
