This incredible Client Quilt was created using Elizabeth Hartman's Greenhouse pattern- my client did a fantastic job on it! She had me back it with the Bubble Minky in Carrot and finish it by quilting it with the new design Mantra, and she chose a custom Tag for it- I love everything about this quilt! My client created this beautiful quilt for her granddaughter using a pattern from Missouri Star's Block magazine called Confetti Hearts (Vol 11 issue 1 2024) . I absolutely love this quilt! I immediately added it to my must sew list- I think it will be a wonderful way to use up all those precious pieces left over from other quilts!

She had me back it with Rose Blaze and quilt it with the design Cherish- the perfect design for this quilt! She also had me Bind it for her with the fabric Mountain Meadow, a solid green that frames it perfectly and we added a custom tag. Thank you for trusting me with this treasure!

RBC Block Challenge 2025- Quilt Block #11: Pinwheel Pop

I enjoyed putting this block together- some useful tools would be a Clearly Perfect Slotted Trimmer for making the Half Square Triangles. If you look closely the outer points of the block have 3 different fabrics in them- it would have popped more if I had chosen more contrasting fabrics.

I love how this block turned out! It looks much more complicated than it really is- although it has a lot of small pieces! I think that I'd like to see it made with blacks and whites or even just some solids. I will be making this block again for sure!
