This morning, I introduce you to Molly White of NL who is a Juried Craftsperson of the Craft Council of Newfoundland and Labrador, Owner of Molly Made Fibre Art Studio and a Certified Teacher for the Rug Hooking Guild of Newfoundland and Labrador.

First learning from her mother to a Graduate of the Dressmaking and Tailoring Program at Bay St. George Community College, Molly is very skilled at all things fibre.

She is known for her signature "encrusted textile" style, a beautiful fusion of tradition and nature, often incorporating rustic metals and organic treasures found along local beaches to embellish her work.

During the Fall Into Fibre 2 September Virtual Learning Experience Molly is teaching “Adding Embellishments”, a workshop you won’t want to miss. Her class is being held over two sessions – Monday, September 21, 2026 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm NL (session one) and Friday September 25, 2026 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm NL (session two)

Welcome to Curzon Village Quilt Co., a fabric, quilt and workshops space located at 60 Main Road, Woody Point, NL. We are officially opening our doors this Saturday, May 16th at 10am and will be open daily from 10am to 5pm with the exception of a reset day on Tuesdays. We carry a selection of quilting cottons from collections such as Art Gallery Fabric and Ruby Star Society. We can’t wait to see you!
