After casting off my Sabai Top 1 last week, I didn't waste any time before casting on a new project!

Currently on my needles is Brookline designed by Asa Buchta, knit in Sandnes Garn Line in the beautiful colour Pearl Grey 3820.
The pattern can be purchased and downloaded directly from Ravelry.

This has been such an enjoyable knit so far. The design is interesting enough to keep things engaging, while still being relaxing to work on. And can we talk about those cables? I'm absolutely loving how the Sandnes Garn Line yarn showcases all of that gorgeous texture and stitch definition.

The countdown is on! The Kawartha Yarn & Fibre Festival is just one week away!

Over the years, we've loved being a vendor at this wonderful event and connecting with so many fibre loving friends. Unfortunately, we won't be attending next Saturday... if only we could be in two places at once!

Next Saturday, Bobcaygeon will be celebrating its 150th Anniversary, and we'll be joining our incredible community of businesses, family, friends, and visitors for the festivities right here in town.

I'm officially on the home stretch of knitting a slightly modified version of the Sabai Top No. 1 designed by featuring a twisted rib detail for a little extra texture and interest.

This beautiful summer knit is being worked up in Sandnes Garn Line in the gorgeous Slate (6080) colourway. The blend of cotton, viscose, and linen makes it a fantastic choice for warm-weather garments that are comfortable to wear all season long.

It's been such an enjoyable project to knit, and I can already tell it's going to become a summer wardrobe favourite!

Enjoying a little after work knitting time out on the back deck tonight. I’m currently working on this very cozy pair of DK weight socks using 1 strand of Drops Fabel held together with 1 strand of Drops Kid Silk.

These socks are unbelievably soft, cozy, and warm...perfect for those chilly summer nights sitting around the bonfire or relaxing at the campsite.

The pattern is the DK Weight Vanilla Socks designed by Kay Litton — available as a free download on Ravelry.
