Are you ready for us because we're ready for you!

Wednesday, October 1st marks the beginning of our new era at Cool World Comics! All the heavy lifting is done and the new store is set up and ready to serve you!

Remember we are open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 to 4:30 in the Bayview Mall, just 2 doors down from the old shop near the main entrance.

We're offering comics of all kinds, 6-packs, full runs, graphic novels, trade paperbacks, key books as well as a ton of graded comics. Don't see what you are looking for? Speak with Steve and he will check his huge inventory that is not in the store.

We're also offering a great selection of CDs, DVDs, Blue Rays, albums, sports cards and non-sports cards.

We're excited to continue to serve the collecting community here in the Quinte region and can't wait to see you in our new digs.

Please remember we are cash only with an ATM on site.

Mark your calendars folks, there's a couple of big dates coming up!

First, Saturday September 27 will be the last day for us at our current location as we announced back in July.

However...

Steve has decided to start a new era of Cool World comics, and it will be only 2 doors down the hall from where we currently are in the Bayview Mall!

Starting October 1, the new store will be open 5 days a week, from Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 until 4:30. The new store will feature comics, records, CDs/DVDs/BluRays and cards. Due to the smaller location, we will no longer be selling mini-figures, Funkos or Hot Wheels

This new venture will be an all-family affair with Steve's daughter Mel running the show on Tuesday, his brother Doug in the shop on Thursday and Friday, while Steve will continue his regular days of Wednesday and Saturday.

As always, we look forward to seeing you all as we embark on this new adventure. Thanks again for your continued support.

After more than a decade of providing the Quinte area with your one stop shop for all things cool and collectible, we have taken the difficult decision to close up shop at the end of September of this year.

We'd like to thank all our friends and customers for all the support you have given us over the years from our humble beginnings on Station Street, through the flood that made us move to our first location in the Bayview Mall, through the Pandemic and into our move to our current location.

It's been a great ride and we truly appreciate each and everyone who has come through our doors and shared your love and enthusiasm for comics, toys, music, Funkos and so much more.

We'd love to see you again in the next 2 months until we close. Remember the store is open 7 days a week for all your collecting needs.

Let's go out with a bang. We hope to see you soon.

Hi everyone! Just in time for Christmas - this Saturday December 16, Steve will be showcasing 10 new long boxes of fresh comics, mostly Marvel and DC, at a ridiculous discount of 50% off sticker prices!

That's right, 50% off comics! Be sure to come in early for the best selection and check off a few boxes on the Christmas list, or grab yourself a few cool books because you've been nice all year and deserve it.

WEDNESDAY JUNE 30!! WE WILL BE RE-OPENING!!

Finally, again, we will be open for regular business hours! There will be reduced capacity in the store of 10 people at a time, as well as required mask use, social distancing and proper hand sanitization.

BUT WE'RE OPEN!! :D

Art, Steve and Jason have all been busy on buying sprees during the down time so that means there will be a TONNE of NEW COOL STUFF throughout the store! New comics, new Funko Pops, new action figures, new cards. New everything!

Steve alone has over 10,000 new comics that will be available for the first time. Including another HUGE Spawn lot!

We can't wait to see you!
