The natural Lava stones are a wonderful tool for the Root Chakra. Lava helps with Energy and Healing and is a natural grounding stone.
Obsidian is known as a stone of “purity”. It brings about a balance to body, mind and spirit. It is a very grounding and protective stone. Obsidian is often used to help with meditation, anger, resentment, bad behavior patterns and loneliness. A great stone for the stomach, sinuses, veins, bones, skin, pain, and helps with detoxification.
Carnelian is a stabilizing stone. It is said to restore vitality, motivation, stimulate creativity, give courage, promote positive life choices, dispel apathy and motivate success. It is said to overcome negative conditioning and encourages a positive attitude.

Green Aventurine can reinforce leadership qualities and decisiveness and can also help us to see alternatives and possibilities. It is said to reduce anxiety and fears and be soothing and calming for claustrophobia.
Green Aventurine is one of the best overall balancing stones for the heart chakra because it acts gently without causing any turbulence.
Lapis Lazuli is associated with the throat and brow Chakras; is a stone of communication that can bring truthfulness, openness, and mental clarity. It’s a great stone high in energy, and can help to enhance creativity and can also help organize daily life as well as organizing and quieting a busy or restless mind lessening confusion, and increasing concentration. Emotionally, it can carry the strength and ability to help overcome abuse issues, trauma, depression and grief. It can also help to build courage, confidence, and overcome shyness. These resources can be physical, mental, psychic, emotional and spiritual.

How to use:
Simply apply 1-2 drops of your favorite therapeutic grade essential oils to the black lava bead with your fingers. This diffuser is unique in not only does the oil go deep into the pours of the lava for a long lasting aroma scent, but also allows direct contact to the skin. The Scent lasts for 1-3 days (depending on the oil and the amount used), re-apply as needed. It is recommended to rinse once a month in water (do not soak) and left to dry and re-energize in the sun or moon light.
