● Andrew - The "WEIRD" One
Plagued with the unfortunate affliction of Clumsitis, Andrew has spent an inordinate amount of time in the Emergency Room – oddly, always on long-weekends. It has been recommended that he not handle power tools or sharp objects. A "Jack-Of-All-Trades" with a fine eye for quality & the obscure, he scours the world for interesting, unique & rare things, and applies his non-linear thinking to re-inventing & re-purposing orphaned items. He also suffers from an "organizational disorder" which causes him to lose things the second he puts them down.
● Karen - The "SENSIBLE" One
She is the "Mr. Miyagi" of the operation, quietly & softly enforcing deadlines, financial constraints and sensibility to projects. Her critical, trained eye makes sure everything is up to the highest of standards. A trained commercial artist, and accomplished painter in her own right; Karen is responsible for "reining in" the the "wackiness" of Creative Outlet. Her eye for artistic excellence and quality ("reading the bones" of a piece) is a key element to our work. Her guilty pleasures are True Crime & Murder Mystery shows, which troubles her partner when they have to buy any chemicals to refinish items that can also be used to dissolve a body!
