Buddy Guy Cannabis Buddy Guy Cannabis was formed in late 2020 with the goal to bring cannabis products to the rural communities of Manitoba.

Our first store location opened in Altona, Manitoba, with more to follow! The name Buddy Guy comes from a common Manitoba slang when talking about a friend or an acquaintance. We pride ourselves in community involvement and actively support other small businesses in the communities that we serve. We aim to end the stigma surrounding cannabis from its illegal underground roots, to the heavily regul

ated and safe products we have today! This is why we invest in further education for our staff and hire those who can educated our customers on the wide variety of products we carry.

As some customers might have noticed, we have temporarily disabled online payments on our website. The reason for this move is to further strengthen our procedures for pre-paid online pickup orders.

This upgrade to our procedures is due to the recent fraudulent chargeback claims we have received from a certain couple, whom have been identified and the Altona Police Service is involved.

To any other business in the Altona area that have been affected by fraudulent chargeback claims for transactions happening around April 27th, when this couple came to Altona to visit from Alberta. I suggest contacting the Altona Police Service and informing them of such.
