Ever wonder what goes into our signature Meskari Artisan Provisions wood-fired salsas? It all starts right here on the Traeger grill. We slow-smoke fresh red and green bell peppers over mesquite until they get that perfect, blistered char.
Add in deeply caramelized, sweet roasted garlic, and let it all simmer down into a rich, robust salsa that is entirely handcrafted in Alberta!

Thursday, May 21st, marks our very first time setting up . We’re loading up the dark wood displays and bringing our signature wood-fired salsas, alcohol-infused jams, charcuterie jellies and jams - straight to Elevation Place.
Whether you need a fresh batch of Raspberry Bourbon jam or the perfect fire-roasted salsa to pair with your organic corn tortillas, come track us down. We can’t wait to share our craft with you.
