Payment Method:
We are working on finding easier ways for you to get your payments to us. In the meantime, payments are done by depositing to the Kids Zone's bank account and providing us with a copy/photo of receipt. Shipping rates will be included in price total.

Shipping Within Belize City:
Products can be delivered within Belize City limits within a day (from one day to the next, not the same day), for a cost of $5.00.

Shipping to Other Parts of Belize:
All other items can be shipped countrywide via the Post Office’s Domestic Speed Mail (DSM), as per their specified mailing charges. These begin at $4.00 per kilo and increase according to weight. Other arrangements can be made to ship via BPMS or local airlines.

Out district shipping is done on Mondays and Wednesdays and product is expected to arrive within 3 working days.

Damaged Products and Returns:
Packages are checked before being mailed, however since the packages are not opened there is no guarantee that items inside will be in good conditions. As such, customers should contact the Kids Zone immediately after receiving an item that is damaged, so as to negotiate a return for exchange or refund.
