1. Business details

2. Definitions
You/your = the person placing the order
Top-up = a digital recharge/credit delivered to a game account using the details you provide
Completed = the top-up has been successfully credited to the account details you confirmed
3. Acceptance of these terms
By messaging Tot TopUp, requesting a quote, submitting account details, making payment, or instructing us to process a top-up, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our service.
4. Eligibility (18+ only)
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are 18+. We may refuse, pause, or cancel service if we reasonably suspect you are under 18.
5. What we do (and what we do not do)
5.1 Our service
We provide a paid service to process game top-ups/recharges to the account details you provide and confirm.
5.2 Prohibited requests
We do not:
a) sell or trade game accounts
b) provide hacks, cheats, mod APKs, “generators”, exploits, or any unlawful service
c) request your password, OTP, or login access (we will never ask for these)
6. Order process and confirmation
6.1 To place an order, you must send:
a) game name and package amount, and
b) correct account details (see section 7), and
c) any other information we reasonably request to complete the service
6.2 Before processing, we will normally confirm by message:
a) game and package
b) final price
c) payment instructions
d) expected delivery window
6.3 You must check all details carefully and confirm. Once you confirm and we complete the top-up, the order is treated as final (subject to section 11 for our mistakes).
7. Account details (your responsibility)
7.1 You are responsible for sending accurate account details. This includes:
a) PUBG MOBILE: PUBG MOBILE ID and PUBG MOBILE name
b) MLBB: User ID and Server ID
7.2 If you provide incorrect details and we process based on your confirmation, the top-up may be irreversible and you may not be eligible for a refund (see section 11.3).
7.3 You confirm you are authorised to use the game account you are topping up, and you have the account owner’s permission if purchasing for someone else.
8. Pricing
8.1 Pricing is provided through our Facebook posts and by direct message (Messenger). The final price for an order is confirmed by message before payment.
8.2 All prices are in BTN (Ngultrum) unless stated otherwise.
8.3 Prices may change due to supplier/platform changes or market conditions. A price is locked only when we confirm the final price and you make payment within the time window we state (or within a reasonable time if no time is stated).
8.4 Platform bonuses (example: first purchase bonuses) are controlled by the game publisher/platform. We do not guarantee that any platform bonus will apply.
9. Payment terms (bank transfer only)
9.1 We accept bank transfer only.
9.2 Orders are processed only after payment is received and reasonably verified by us (unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing).
9.3 We may request proof of payment (receipt/screenshot/transaction reference). If payment cannot be verified, processing may be delayed or cancelled.
9.4 If any bank fees apply, you are responsible unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9.5 Verification for mismatch payer details: if the payer name does not reasonably match the customer name (or we suspect third-party payment risk), we may request additional confirmation before processing. If confirmation is not provided, we may cancel before completion and refund the amount received (minus any non-recoverable bank fees, if applicable).
10. Delivery time and completion
10.1 Typical processing time is 1–5 minutes after verified payment. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.
10.2 Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or platform/supplier issues.
10.3 Delays may occur due to platform maintenance, network issues, supplier delays, incorrect details, or verification checks.
10.4 Delivery is considered completed when the top-up is successfully credited to the confirmed account details.
10.5 We may provide proof of completion such as screenshots/confirmation messages (where available).
11. Cancellations, refunds, and corrections
11.1 Cancellation before completion
If you request cancellation before we process the top-up, we will cancel and refund the amount paid, subject to any non-recoverable bank fees (if applicable).
11.2 No change-of-mind refunds after completion
Once a top-up is completed to the correct account details you confirmed, refunds are not available for change of mind because the digital value is delivered immediately and is typically irreversible.
11.3 Wrong details provided by you
If you provide incorrect account details and we process based on your instruction/confirmation, we are not responsible for the loss and a refund is not guaranteed. We may try to assist, but outcomes depend on the game/platform and are outside our control.
11.4 Our mistake
If we make a mistake (for example: wrong package, or top-up to the wrong account due to our error), we will do one of the following (our choice based on what is possible):
a) correct the order by delivering the correct top-up, or
b) refund you in full, or
c) provide a reasonable partial refund/credit if a full correction is not possible
11.5 Failed or incomplete top-ups
If a top-up fails and no value is delivered to the intended account, we will retry within a reasonable time or refund you if we cannot complete delivery.
11.6 Refund timing
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within a reasonable time (typically 1–3 business days), unless delayed by banking systems.
12. Authorised payments, minors, and fraud
12.1 Authorised payment confirmation
By placing an order and/or making payment, you confirm that:
a) the bank account used belongs to you, or you have full permission from the account holder to use it, and
b) you are not using another person’s funds without permission
12.2 Minors and unauthorised use
Because our service is 18+ only, any order placed by a minor or using a parent/guardian’s funds without permission is prohibited. If we reasonably suspect unauthorised payment or fraud, we may pause processing and request additional verification, or cancel the order before completion.
12.3 If delivery is already completed
If a payment is later claimed to be unauthorised after delivery has been completed to the account details you confirmed, we may not be able to refund because the digital top-up is typically irreversible. We may provide available evidence such as chat confirmations, payment references, and delivery proof where required.
12.4 Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, stolen funds, or other suspicious activity. If we cancel before completion, we will refund the amount received (minus any non-recoverable bank fees, if applicable).
13. Customer conduct and prohibited use
You must not:
a) harass, threaten, or abuse staff
b) submit false “not received” claims
c) request prohibited services (cheats/hacks/generators)
d) use the service for unlawful purposes
We may refuse future service to any customer who violates these Terms.
14. Third-party platforms and brand disclaimer
14.1 Not affiliated
Tot TopUp is an independent top-up service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PUBG MOBILE, Tencent/Level Infinite, Moonton, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, or any other game publisher/platform. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
14.2 Third-party platform issues
Facebook/Meta, Messenger, and game platforms are third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, delays, restrictions, or platform changes beyond our control.
15. Privacy and record-keeping
15.1 What we collect
We may collect and store:
a) your messages and order details
b) PUBG MOBILE ID and PUBG MOBILE name, and/or MLBB User ID and Server ID (as required to deliver the service)
c) payment confirmation details (reference number/receipt)
d) delivery confirmation proof (screenshots/messages)
15.2 What we do not collect
We do not request or store your passwords, OTPs, or banking login details.
15.3 Purpose and retention
We keep records to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. We keep information confidential and use it only for these purposes. We may retain records for up to 12 months (or longer if needed for disputes or accounting).
16. Complaints
If you have an issue, contact us first via Messenger or email with your order details, payment proof, and the problem. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
a) we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect details provided by you
b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or opportunity)
c) our total liability for any claim relating to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date will change. Continuing to use our service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Any dispute will be handled under Bhutanese law in the appropriate forum with jurisdiction.
20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
