Cancellation / Return / Exchange

1. Customers are requested to read carefully all the product information like specification, return and exchange policies before placing the order.

2. Pre-delivery order cancellation are accepted before the product is delivered at Jaigaon and item should be returnable as specified in the website

3. We accept returns or exchanges if it is eligible as specified in the website and the timeline is tagged with the return / exchange window of the online shopping website that the item is bought from.

4. Items to be returned / exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

5. Customers will be charged minimal fee for processing the return / exchange.

We have resumed our service. We will be collecting only those orders which has been ordered prepaid i.e. goods that have been paid by online cards. If you don’t have the credit card, you can share us the link via WhatsApp @ 17605025 /17634662 and we will place the order for you.

Also, with the strict border situation & high transportation cost due to COVID 19, we would like to notify our customers that it may take longer time to get orders delivered to you and will also result in increase in the delivery cost.
