Growing up as children on the island of Andros in The Bahamas, summertime always meant one thing...local fruit and lots of it! We would raid the trees of their delicious bounty, picking only the ripest and sweetest Mangoes, Sour Sops, Dillys (Sapodilla), Guineps, and even Watermelons. We would then take our collected treasure, select a shady spot out on the bay (beach), take in the idyllic summer

scenes and enjoy the fruits our labour.

Out of these beautiful memories A Rainbow’s Delight was born; the cravings for local organic sweet fruit coupled with our love and passion for all things candy! By marrying the two together we got the best of both worlds. We became confectioners with a unique brand of gourmet candies and sweet treats, who are completely over the moon about exotic flavours. Our signature twist on natural island elements elevates our candies above those made in the normal sugar factory productions. We at A Rainbow's Delight strive in using only the best in every single product. Each of our handmade candies are used with only top quality ingredients, not one contains artificial coloring, flavorings and/or preservatives.

The delightful kitchen of A Rainbow's Delight is ever diligent in producing simple but bold flavours in each collection. National Caramel Day and Easter Monday coincidence this year.

Caramels are a delectable melody of sugar, milk and butter, but the caramelization is where all the magic happens. Although our caramels are fun to produce, there is real science that goes into the making these mouthwatering confectioneries.

We love adding tropical flavors indicative to island life to our caramels- from our Inagua Salted Caramel🍚 to our most coveted Coconut Caramel🥥. We try to encapsulate the relaxed sense of island living with each bite🏝.

While Easter Monday marks the resurrection of the Christ, it is often flooded with pastel colors, chocolate eggs, baskets and the Easter bunny 🐰.
Though these are all fun and one could never truly turn down treats and sweets, let us all remember the true reason for this season. And each season in our lives ✝️✝️✝️
