Daily duties:
Polishing molds, filling molds with chocolate, adding ingredients, extracting bars and packaging. 

Knowledge of chocolate production is an asset. Associate’s degree in culinary arts or pastry arts is advantageous.  Work experience with food especially desserts and/or detailed work with your hands is helpful.  We are willing to train.
