1. Prices are not negotiable.
2. ALL ITEMS are PRE-ORDER basis unless stated “Ready Stock".
3. All (Pre-Order) item sold are in good conditions. In the event for lost/damage during shipping, we will take full responsibility on it. Kindly note that re-order of goods might takes another 2 to 4 weeks. Or Buyer can choose to get Full Refund on that item.
4. No Cancellation after transactions has been made.
5. Items can go out of stock anytime. We will inform the buyer if such incident occurs.
6. We do not accept returns for reasons of colour deviation from computer display view, comfortability, quality, thickness, size (measurement), and etc.
7. Items may vary slightly from the pictures due to the lightning and monitor display settings or colour/visual effects & Actual measurements may vary from published details, because of materials, workmanship and etc. Returns/Exchanges are not acceptable because of these reasons.
8. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
9. Items will post out within 2-4 weeks (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) after closing date. Please DO NOT ORDER if you’re not willing to wait as sometimes there might be delay which is beyond my control. (Not include Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)
10. Full payment must be made before production of goods, except for promotional period.
11. Payments must be paid in full in 2days after we send u the total amount or before the closing date. Otherwise orders will be automatically cancelled after 2days without further notification.
12. Buyer must collect their Goods within 30days after arrival otherwise your goods will be sold without notice. (If you are unable to collect your goods within this period please let us know.)
13. Merchandise display price does not include delivery charges. PLEASE - DO NOT BACK OUT

Please keep your “BANK-IN SLIP” as a Prove. Original Bank-In Slip must be surrender upon collection of goods. Goods will not be release without showing the Original Bank-In Slip. Note:

Order another item of similar value. Order another item of lesser value and the remaining will be refunded to you. Order another item of greater value and top up the difference in amount. Get a full refund on the item. MEET UP PLACE (For collection of Goods):
