2) Please allow time for us to acknowledge your bookings. We will get back to you as soon as we can to confirm your order. Please do not make orders through Comments with fear of certain comments going unnoticed. All payments should be made by cash. We will consider pre-orders, depending on circumstances.

3) Outstanding bookings will be cancelled after 5 days, and said product will be back for sale, unless a communication/agreement has been established between us and the buyer, with regards to the outstanding bookings.

4) Currently we do not do deliveries, therefore, customers can arrange a collection point of their choice, within the brunei-muara district (that’s on land, just to be clear. We don’t do kampong ayer deliveries, because we don’t have a boat). Please be reminded that we are entitled to refuse to meet at certain collection points, (due to possible unfamiliarity of such areas), but will arrange for another collection point that's most convenient for both us and our customers. Suggestions of what kind/colour of fabrics you would prefer we would bring into this business are mostly welcome. Please do so anywhere you can within this page, (just make sure it reaches our notifications :D).
